Who we are
ILMOVEAI LTD is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17251591. Our registered office is 12 Chantry Road, Harrow HA3 6NT. You can contact us about your data at hello@ilmoveai.com.
What we collect
- Demo requests: your name, job title, college or provider, work email, provider type and what you would like to explore.
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you choose to include.
- Technical records: our hosting provider records basic visit details such as your internet address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these to keep the website running and secure.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.

Who receives it
We use these suppliers, who handle data on our behalf:
- Google Cloud: website hosting, in Belgium.
- Resend and Twilio SendGrid: delivering demo requests to our inbox.
- Google Workspace: our email.
Some of these suppliers may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy decisions or the contractual safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and related emails for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner. Technical records are kept for about 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it. You can also object to how we use it. Email hello@ilmoveai.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Data held in NOMARQUE by colleges
This policy does not cover student or staff records held in the NOMARQUE product. For those, the college decides how the data is used and is the data controller. We act on its instructions under our contract with the college.
